Refund Policy

1. Advisory Services

Fees for consulting, sourcing, and advisory services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Research and artwork sourcing

• Market analysis and valuation guidance

• Collection strategy development

• Client consultations and presentations

If a client chooses to discontinue services after work has begun, any fees paid will not be refunded.

 

2. Retainers

In cases where a retainer fee is required:

• Retainers secure our time and availability and are non-refundable

• If services are not fully utilized, any remaining balance may be applied toward future services at our discretion

3. Artwork Purchases

Chloé Wright Fine Art Advisory may facilitate the acquisition of artworks through third parties such as galleries, dealers, or auction houses. In these cases:

• All sales are final and subject to the terms of the selling party

• We do not issue refunds for artwork purchases once a transaction is completed

• Any exceptions (such as damage in transit or authenticity disputes) are governed by the seller’s policies

We will assist clients in navigating these situations where possible but are not liable for third-party decisions.

 

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances at our sole discretion, including:

•  Duplicate payments made in error

• Failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control

 

5. Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled consultations with reasonable notice. However:

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee

• Prepaid consultation fees may be forfeited if cancellation notice is not provided in advance
